The RACE Report team are facilitating a series of discussion-based webinars to share learnings, challenges and opportunities for progressing inclusion in the environmental charity sector.
Themes will initially cover: staff recruitment, retention and progression within organisations.
Building on our existing work which until 2024 has focused on the practicalities of how to participate in The RACE Report, we are please to announce the development of our engagement offering.
From reviewing the Section C data, and as a result of feedback and discussions we’ve had with organisations at the RACE Summit, we would like to continue those conversations through a series of Learning Exchange webinars.
This will be a facilitated space for organisations to share and discuss ideas, opportunities and challenges around their policies, practices EDI efforts and anti-racism strategy.
